Return And Cancellation Policies

We take care and exercise due caution to deliver your product(s) in the best possible manner, however, there may be times that you may receive the product(s) with minor dents or scratches including slight indentations or creasing in a shipping carton. As a general consensus, it is safe to buy and use food from dented packaging; it does, however, depend on the condition the packaging is in and the food contained inside. Please note, that minor scratches and/or dents do not affect the quality of the product(s) or its intended use and thus, is safe and fit for use and consumption. However, we suggest you inspect each of the product(s) and packaging inside for damage as well. In case of a major dent or any leakage or if you notice any opening, pinhole, then we suggest not to use the product(s) and get in touch with our customer support without delay.

For any other items to be eligible for a refund, you have to return the item you have purchased to us within seven 7 business days of the delivery. If seven 7 days have gone by since your date of delivery, unfortunately we can’t offer you a refund or replacement. To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused, unopened and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging.

Carepill Global Private Limited takes stringent measures to ensure that the products delivered to you are in perfect condition. However, there is a remote possibility that the product may get damaged during transit or an incorrect product is delivered to you. In such a case, you may return a product brought from us in case of damage or defect within 7 days of purchase for non-perishable products.

Important information

To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused, unopened and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging.

If our products arrived damaged, rotten or contaminated in any way, please contact us right away, and we will be happy to send a free replacement regardless of it. This replacement for the damaged, rotten or contaminated products shall always be subject to our rights to recall the products to send it for further analysis and testing. If anything is unclear or you have more questions feel free to contact our customer support team.

The refund or return shall be subject to inspection and in case it is not approved, then no refund shall be initiated.

The Product must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging.

Cancellation, Refund And Return Policies

Cancellations

If the order or the item(s) that you want to cancel have not been shipped yet, you can write to our customer support team on [email protected]. In such cases, the order will be cancelled, and the money will be refunded to you within 48 business hours after the cancellation request is duly processed by us.

For payments done through credit/debit cards or net banking,the refund will be processed to the same account from which the payment was made within 48 business hours of us receiving the products back. It may take 2-7 additional business days for the amount to reflect in your account.

For cash on delivery transactions, we will initiate a bank transfer against the refund amount against the billing details shared by you. This process will be completed within 48 business hours of us receiving the products back and your bank details on email. It will take an additional 2-3 business days for the amount to reflect in your account.

In case of payments using discount vouchers, while cancelling your order, they won’t be refunded as vouchers are intended for one-time use only and shall be treated as used even if you cancel the order.

Cancellation / Rescheduling / Booking of Medical Consultations

Consultations can be booked, rescheduled or cancelled free of cost up to fifteen minutes prior to the start of the appointment for an audio / video / chat-based consultation (“Online Medical Consultation”). You are allowed to reschedule an Online Medical Consultation up to a maximum of three times for free and are allowed to reschedule a physical consultation once for free.

  • Payments for Online Medical Consultation or physical consultation made directly on the Platform will be processed as provided in the ‘Refunds’ section.

Returns, Replacements And Refunds

Carepill Global Private Limited offers easy return policies in case of the order received was damaged or incorrect items were received. You can raise a return/exchange request of a product within 5 days of its delivery. We also accept partial returns wherein you can raise a return request for one or all products in your order.

Step 1: Contact our Customer Support team via email ([email protected]) within 5 business days of receiving the order.

Step 2: Provide us with your order ID details and your request to return/replace/refund your order. Kindly email an image of the product and the invoice for our reference. 

Step 3: We will pick up the products within 2-4 business days. We will initiate the refund or replacement process only if the products are received by us in their original packaging with their seals, labels and barcodes intact.

Returns will not be accepted under the following conditions:

  • Product is damaged due to misuse/overuse.
  • Returned without original packaging including, price tags, labels, original packing and other accessories or if original packaging is damaged.
  • Serial Number is tampered with.
  • Defective products that are not covered under Seller/Manufacturer’s warranty.
  • Product is used or altered.
  • If the request is initiated after 5 business days of order delivery.
  • Free product provided by brand.

Please note: For certain marketing campaigns or mega sale periods, special return/exchange/refund rules may apply. Information regarding this is visible on the promotion banner. For any clarification, please feel free to contact our customer support.

Our shipments go through rigorous quality check processes before they leave our warehouse. However in the rare case that your product is damaged during shipment or transit, you can request for a replacement or cancellation and refund.

If you have received an item in a damaged/defective condition or have been sent a wrong product, you can follow a few simple steps to initiate your return/refund within 5 days of receiving the order:

Step 1: Contact our Customer Support team via email ([email protected]) within 24 hours of receiving the order.

Step 2: Provide us with your order ID details and your request to return/replace/refund the defective/wrong items in your order. Kindly share an image of the product and the invoice for our reference.

Step 3: We will pick up the products within 4 business days. We will initiate the refund or replacement process only if the products are received by us in their original packaging with their seals, labels and barcodes intact.

Note: If it is a case of replacement, it is subject to the availability of stock. In case that a replacement may not be available, we will refund you the full amount.

Can I Return Part Of My Order?

Yes. A return can be created at item level and if you have ordered multiple items, you can initiate a return/replacement/refund for any individual item. However, any product being returned needs to be returned in full including all components as well as any complimentary gifts or products which came along with it.

How will I get refunded for the returned orders and how long will this process take?

Please note that the refund amount mentioned at the time of return on the Platform is an estimate and will be finalised after completion of verification. Once the pick-up is completed and the product is verified by the seller, a refund of the total amount paid for the products returned by you will be initiated for eligible returns as mentioned above.

Refund will be initiated only post successful verification of the products by the seller. Please note that the verification process may take:

  1. For Local Cities*: 4 business days from the time of pick up from your location.
  2. For Other Cities: 8-10 business days from the date of pick up from your location.

The amount is expected to reflect in your account after completion of verification from the seller as per the following timelines:

You understand and acknowledge that we reserve the rights to claim back any refund that has been processed by us as a result of fraudulent activities such as return of wrong products or wrong quantity of the product.
